I spoke to Jeanette (customer rep) and she informed me to go here and tell you that I received information at $10.81. Unfortunately we did not get the correct information we were looking for, therefore I am requesting that the said amount be credited back to my credit card. Thank you for your time. You may contact me at Carvela@gmail.com for further information.
